The Arcade Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade, amusement, and gaming machines across multiple venues. The role requires strong technical ability, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent customer service to ensure machines are fully operational, safe, and delivering the best possible player experience. Covers multiple sites across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West London 40 hours a week, 2 week rota Week 1 Monday - Friday Week 2 - Monday-Wed and Sat & Sun
Responsibilities

Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairson a wide range of arcade and amusement machines (redemption, video, coin-mech etc.).

Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM)to minimise downtime

Install, configure, and test new machines on-site.

Manage spares, parts, and inventoryefficiently.

Work with site teams to ensure machines meet H&S and compliance standards.

Provide technical support and trainingto venue staffas required.

Keep accurate records of service visits and repairs via reporting systems.
Skills required

Ideally previous experience as an Arcade Engineer or vending industry.

Strong electromechanical fault-finding skills (PCB sensors).

Familiarity with both mechanical and digital systems. Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
