Our client is seeking skilled and experienced IRATA Operatives to work on anchor and soil nailing projects throughout the UK. This role involves carrying out essential ground engineering tasks on various sites, ensuring safe and effective installation of anchors and soil nails while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rope access tasks in line with IRATA guidelines, focusing on anchor and soil nailing installations.

  • Execute ground stabilisation techniques, including drilling, installing soil nails, and tensioning ground anchors.

  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work is completed to specification.

  • Maintain high safety standards throughout all operations, following relevant health and safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with site teams and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and project requirements.

  • Complete site reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).

  • Proven experience in ground anchoring and soil nailing projects.

  • Familiarity with rope access techniques and relevant equipment.

  • Commitment to health and safety standards and safe working practices.

  • Ability to work flexibly and travel across the UK as required.
