Reed Public Sector is Urgently recruiting for two Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor for a Local Authority.
Location: ReadingHourly Rate: £14.13 PAYE per hourContract Length: 3-6 months (with a possibility of extension)Work Environment: Office Based

Join the team as a Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Advisor and play a crucial role in providing high-performing, effective, and consistent services to residents, businesses, and partners. This position supports the Waste Management Team and the Waste Optimization Project by offering comprehensive, high-quality customer-focused services.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide accurate and up-to-date advice to customers.
- Problem Solving: Understand customer needs and handle difficult situations sensitively.
- System Management: Use multiple systems to input and extract information.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks for both internal and external customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in a support or help desk function within a customer-facing environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to handle a broad range of customer inquiries.
- Self-Motivation: High degree of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various computer packages for data input and extraction.
