Electrical Authorised Person

Dutton Recruitment are seeking a safety-focused Electrical Authorised Person (AP) to manage electrical safety, permits, and compliance across site operations.

Key Duties

• Enforce site safety rules and best practices.
• Manage electrical permits, isolations, and accurate documentation.
• Verify isolations, maintain records, and conduct regular inspections.
• Update schematics and project documentation.
• Lead, train, and support site teams to ensure safe working practices.
• Report and record incidents and near-misses.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Authorised Person (ideally in Site Temporary Services).
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
