Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and flexible class teacher looking to join a small, nurturing school at the heart of its community? Our client - a welcoming junior school in Reading - is seeking a talented PPA Cover Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a 4-day-per-week basis.

The Role:
As the PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
Teach across KS2 to cover staff PPA time
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with school policies
Work flexibly across year groups, building strong relationships with pupils and staff
Support the wider development of the curriculum and contribute to whole school life
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience across Key Stage 2, with a creative and adaptable teaching style
A caring, child-centred approach with high expectations for behaviour and learning
A team player who can contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture
Passion for inclusion and a desire to help every child reach their full potential
