Whether you're an experienced educator or a confident sewist ready to lead workshops, this is your chance to share your skills with a vibrant and diverse community of learners.About the Role:You'll teach on a two-hour evening course each week, with the potential for this provision to expand. Courses cover a range of sewing skills-from garment construction and home décor to advanced techniques-catering to all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned sewists.Sessions are held in well-equipped learning spaces in Reading and Woodley, with occasional opportunities to deliver workshops in community venues throughout Berkshire.What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive sewing knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Confidence in teaching practical workshops to groups of adult learners
  • A teaching qualification or experience in educational settings (e.g. Adult Education, schools, youth groups) is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage learners of all backgrounds
