Payroll Advisor (EMEA)

Location: Reading Salary: up to £37,000 (DOE) + benefits

Flexible working pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

If you're confident running UK payroll from start to finish and want to take your skills worldwide, this role could be your ideal next step. You'll keep ownership of the UK payroll while gaining hands-on experience supporting payrolls across more than 20 countries - with full training to build your international expertise.

You'll start with what you know best - processing UK payroll accurately and on time, handling all statutory requirements, pensions and queries. From there, you'll work closely with overseas providers, tackling more complex scenarios, learning the rules in other regions and contributing to payroll projects that improve processes globally.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in UK payroll with strong compliance knowledge.
  • Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP's & pivot tables) and payroll software experience.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the confidence to advise colleagues at all levels.
