What You’ll Be Doing:This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable private hospital pharmacy team in Reading. You will work across rotational wards and be responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services that directly support patient care. In this role, you will:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical checks• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans• Provide expert medication advice to clinical teams• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist• Previous hospital pharmacy experience• Confidence working independently across multiple ward types• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach• A commitment to delivering safe, effective care to every patient

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time locum position running Monday to Friday with sociable working hours. The contract is ongoing with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
