What You'll Be Doing:Join our client's team as a GP Practice Based Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients within the primary care setting. In this role, you will:

Improve the quality and effectiveness of medicines management within GP practices
-
Provide patient-focused, prudent healthcare
-
Promote medicines safety and conduct polypharmacy reviews
-
Collaborate with GPs, practice nurses, and practice staff
-
Develop your role as a core member of the practice team delivering integrated care
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration
-
Independent Prescriber status (required)
-
EMIS Web experience (required)
-
CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (preferred)
-
Experience in primary care working with GP practices
-
Clinic-running experience (desirable)
-
Strong communication and clinical skills
-
A collaborative and proactive approach to patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role is full-time onsite, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. The position is available from May with an ongoing contract and potential for long-term extension.
