GP Surgery Pharmacist - Hybrid working - Berkshire

What You’ll Be Doing:Join a friendly and supportive GP surgery as a Pharmacist and make a real difference to patient care in primary care. In this role, you will:

• Respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls

• Lead on medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies

• Conduct medication reviews and audits

• Manage patient discharges

(Please note: This is not a prescribing role)

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience working in a GP surgery

• Strong EMIS and Docman experience – essential

• Ability to hit the ground running (no training provided)

• A collaborative attitude to support a team of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a hybrid full-time position based in Berkshire, with 2 days on-site and 2 days remote work per week.The role runs for 9-12 months with a strong likelihood of extension depending on service needs.
