Program Manager (Inside IR35) | Strategic Change Manager 

  • Day Rate: £600 Inside 
  • Location: Greater London (2-3 days per week on-site)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in local government and/or public services to lead transformational change initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to challenge current assumptions and guide decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex change programs within local government or public services.
  • Experience working on TOM Implementing within consultancies and/ or gov 
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking and cultural change methods.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and build collaborative relationships.
