Program Manager (Inside IR35) | Strategic Change Manager
- Day Rate: £600 Inside
- Location: Greater London (2-3 days per week on-site)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Duration: 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in local government and/or public services to lead transformational change initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to challenge current assumptions and guide decision-making.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex change programs within local government or public services.
- Experience working on TOM Implementing within consultancies and/ or gov
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and cultural change methods.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and build collaborative relationships.
