I'm partnering with a well-established regional contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead a newly secured scheme. The contractor is set to begin a 4 million project in February and is keen to bring someone on board this year to support pre-construction and procurement activities. This client has a long-standing reputation across multiple sectors and operates in areas including:

  • Education
  • Commercial
  • Health care
  • Social housing
  • Industrial

About the Role

This is a key role within a growing team, offering the chance to take ownership of a technically complex project and play a major part in delivering a flagship educational facility. You'll work closely with senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of a new-build educational project
  • Coordinate design, oversee site delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Take responsibility for commercial performance and accurate reporting
  • Support business development through client engagement and networking
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 (depending on experience)
