Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/Senior Construction Manager to play a key role in delivering a high-profile defence project near Reading, Berkshire.

You'll be leading a skilled team of Site managers, Assistant Site Managers and Engineers ensuring the smooth delivery of construction activities while maintaining the highest of standards of safety, quality and compliance. What you'll be doing
- Overseeing construction operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality
- Managing teams, sub-contractors and suppliers, fostering strong collaboration on site
- Working closely with engineering, design and project management teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, security requirements and industry best practice
- Managing project risks, budgets and schedules to keep everything on track
Who we're looking for
- A strong track record in managing large scale construction projects including fit out
- A deep understanding of construction regulations and a health & safety champion
- Great leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work collaboratively
- Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CIOB)
