Job Summary and key responsibilities 

An exciting opportunity to work with the growing LRG Living team. The role will be to manage a portfolio of properties for a Corporate landlord/s and provide support to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and the wider team. To deliver a market-leading approach to residential property and investment management by adding value, maximising clients’ objectives and delivering excellent customer service to all our residents.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full use of Reapit System using the organiser, confirming Tenancies, checking in of Tenants.
  • Processing and chasing Tenant reference, liaising with Goodlord and employers/landlords if necessary.
  • Raising invoices for initial monies
  • Completing Change and Tenancies and sending documents via Signature Sense
