- Assisting in ensuring the branch hits targets and remains profitable
- Winning new business and retaining current clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and business contacts
- Supporting the overall success and growth of the branch
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Ability to build strong business relationships and win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Tilehurst area preferred
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to succeed in a fast-paced environment
