This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes who enjoys hands-on admin working and mentoring others.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day pension administration tasks
  • Handle and review complex benefit calculations
  • Check and support the work of junior team members
  • Monitor processes, meet deadlines, and help improve team efficiency
  • Take part in client meetings and respond to queries
  • Work closely with other teams across the business
  • Support and coach junior colleagues within the team

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous / current pensions administration experience in DC.
  • Confident in performing daily manual calculations and checking other colleagues work.
  • A good understanding of pensions legislation
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams etc.
