Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a two Senior Surveyor to start immediately in the Reading and London area. Our client have a reputable name in the market as one of the UK's leading Main Contractors. As a company they always strive for excellence and deliver on time and within budget.
We are looking for experienced and motivated Senior Surveyors, join a thriving team, ensuring the effective commercial delivery of their contract operations. The type of projects you will be delivering are schools in the North/East London areas, with values circa 150m. Someone who is looking for progression if that's what you desire.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have pivotal role in the commercial success of our project packages. Managing all commercial aspects of construction packages from inception to final account. Be able to work in a team environment, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Cost Control & Reporting to the Commercial Director Implementing robust cost control procedures, forecasting, budgeting, and producing accurate financial reports.
