What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships
- Supporting the branch to achieve targets and grow its lettings portfolio
- Winning new business and assisting with client retention
- Working closely with landlords, tenants, and colleagues to deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK driving license is required
- Local knowledge of the Tilehurst area preferred
- Ambitious and motivated to succeed in a competitive market
