Senior Sales Negotiator

My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing lettings team.

This role is ideal for a driven property professional with a strong track record in lettings negotiation and customer service.

You'll be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, and helping to drive business growth in a competitive market.

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions

• Managing applicant registrations and matching them with suitable properties

• Arranging and carrying out property viewings with prospective tenants

• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets

• Progressing tenancies through referencing and compliance checks

• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues

• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets

• Staying informed on current lettings legislation and local market trends

• Proven experience in a lettings negotiator or similar property role

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Solid knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation

• Well-organised with good time management skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
