As part of our clients strategic growth plan, this firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its highly regarded Property Department based in the heart of Reading.

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Sales, Purchases, and Re-mortgages
- Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
- Transfers of Equity
- Equity Release Schemes
- New Build and Shared Ownership Transactions
Requirements:
- Must meet the criteria set out by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
- Proven experience managing residential property files independently
- Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to providing excellent service
- A proactive team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
