The friendly team here at Reed in Reading are looking to recruit a recruitment consultant to join our business support team!
This role will manage permanent vacancies across the Reading, Bracknell and Maidenhead areas within the business support specialism.
You will be giving excellent and training and lots of local support in order to help you succeed and exceed expectations.
The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant’s role is to attract candidates and to match them to permanent positions. These jobs can vary from entry level roles, to executives and directors. A critical aspect of this role is to achieve performance targets in terms of financial income and KPIs to explore and develop new business. Recruitment Consultants work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. They attract candidates by advertising the roles through an array of media such as online job boards, window displays, and social media.
To be considered for this role you will either be -
- An experienced recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge or change in role
- An experienced developer of business who enjoys creating opportunities and building relationships
To be successful in this role you must have your own transport and licence.
