There is comprehensive training on offer and the benefit package includes a first class share save scheme and annual leave starting at 32 days raising to 37 days including bank holidays based on tenure.As a Recruitment Resourcer you will source new candidates from a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases and internal networks as well as;
  • Conduct screening calls to identify relevant skill sets and behaviour
  • Liaise with clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial brief to complete and successful on-boarding
  • Ensure all compliance is completed as required
  • Develop a talent pool of candidates within niche specialist markets
Role Requirements:
  • Offer a first class recruitment service to Pertemps Managed Solutions clients and candidates by building strong professional relationships
  • Research and review clients job description to understand the requirements.
  • Source candidates by searching job boards and LinkedIn effectively.
  • Liaise directly with clients to arrange interviews, deal with offers and all on-boarding.
  • Update a variety of CRM and VMS systems.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc recruitment functions.
