- Conduct screening calls to identify relevant skill sets and behaviour
- Liaise with clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial brief to complete and successful on-boarding
- Ensure all compliance is completed as required
- Develop a talent pool of candidates within niche specialist markets
- Offer a first class recruitment service to Pertemps Managed Solutions clients and candidates by building strong professional relationships
- Research and review clients job description to understand the requirements.
- Source candidates by searching job boards and LinkedIn effectively.
- Liaise directly with clients to arrange interviews, deal with offers and all on-boarding.
- Update a variety of CRM and VMS systems.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc recruitment functions.
