We’re a growing IT recruitment agency in the heart of Reading, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. No experience? No problem. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak to clients and candidates daily - building relationships and understanding their needs
- Use job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to find top tech talent
- Match great people with exciting IT roles across the UK
- Work towards targets and earn commission on every successful placement
