If that sounds like you, we’re partnering with a technology-led business undertaking a significant phase of internal transformation. They’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-impact change projects with ERP systems at the core.

- Rate ~ £500 per day
- Contract ~ 6-month initial term
- Location ~ Remote, with travel to London approx. once per month
- Start ~ ASAP
- Base ~ UK-based, ideal if you’re easy reach of London
About the Programme Manager role:
This is a hands-on, output-driven role. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a programme of transformation projects that touch multiple business functions. As well as managing timelines, risks, and resources, you’ll be instrumental in embedding structure and delivery discipline across the programme, ensuring everything stays aligned to strategic priorities.
The business is mid-sized, agile, and growing, so you’ll need to be comfortable with working independently, while influencing key stakeholders across the business.
As the Programme Manager, your skills and experience will include:
- A strong track record delivering internal business transformation and change programmes
- Proven experience of ERP delivery, ideally including ConnectWise and/or SAP Business ByDesign (BYD)
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams and driving progress across complex initiatives
- Delivery-focused approach, bringing structure, momentum, and a relentless focus on outcomes
- Comfortable engaging across business and technical teams, and managing senior stakeholders
