Description

Temporary Accounts Executive, EMEA, Reading:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts within the EMEA region to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities for EMEA region.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external auditors as required.
  • Assist with process improvements and system updates.

Profile

A successful Account Executive EMEA (Temp) should have:

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management within a professional setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Knowledge or experience in the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.

You need to be happy to commit to this 12 - 15 month temporary role and are likely to be a car driver as public transport does not go close to the office
