Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective Design Technology lessons to students across KS3 and KS4

  • Contribute to the development of the DT curriculum and department resources

  • Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

  • Uphold the school's ethos and values both inside and outside the classroom

  • Participate in departmental and whole school meetings, training, and events

Requirements:
  • UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for DT education

  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a department and across the school
