This role is ideal for someone with a genuine commitment to empowering learners from diverse backgrounds, including refugees, asylum seekers, and young people with additional needs.About the Role:You'll be delivering engaging lessons on Adult and Foundation 16-19 ESOL courses, helping students improve their English language skills while building confidence and essential life skills. You'll be part of a collaborative team that focuses on removing barriers to education and supporting learners to reach their potential.What We're Looking For:
- A recognised ESOL qualification (CertTESOL, DipTESOL, CELTA, or DELTA)
- Ideally, a PGCE or teaching degree-or a willingness to work towards a Level 5 Post Compulsory Education qualification
- A flexible, inclusive approach to teaching, with strong communication and organisational skills
- An openness to using technology and virtual learning tools
- A commitment to supporting and inspiring students from a wide range of backgrounds
