This full-time role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, or anyone with a strong interest in mental health and child development.
Working with children aged 5 to 11, many of whom face Autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural challenges, you will play a vital role in supporting their emotional regulation, learning, and overall well-being. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff, gaining invaluable experience in a therapeutic and education-focused setting.

As an Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker, you will assist with behaviour management, provide support during lessons and throughout the school day and work collaboratively with staff to implement individual support plans.
