A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Reading is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 5 to 18 with Autism, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs.

This is a rewarding full-time role where you will work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and therapists to support pupils in managing their behaviour, building emotional regulation skills, and re-engaging in education.
