Join our clients dedicated team as a Service Charge Officer in Basingstoke, where you will play a crucial role in managing service charge budgets and reconciliations. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Calculate accurate service charge budgets for both existing homes and new developments.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts, applying necessary adjustments.
  • Produce clear and compliant service charge statements.
  • Address and resolve customer queries effectively, whether over the phone or in writing.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, correct discrepancies, and enhance financial accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure all documentation is audit ready.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Share expertise and provide guidance to team members, aiding in their professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the housing sector.
