As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Work closely with students to support their behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning
- Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions and in-class support
- Help implement tailored behavioural strategies and development plans
- Collaborate with SEN professionals, therapists, and teachers to deliver holistic support
This Behaviour Support Worker role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience before moving into roles such as Therapist, Teacher, Counsellor, Youth Worker or Behavioural Specialist.
