ASAP Start - Full-Time Position

A forward-thinking and inclusive SEN school in Reading is looking for a Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of mental health and developmental needs. This long-term role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, Education, or those eager to build experience in therapeutic and mental health-based education.

You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and social-emotional difficulties, helping them develop confidence, emotional regulation skills, and positive relationships in a safe and structured environment.

  • Role: Mental Health Teaching Assistant

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Mental Health Teaching Assistant responsibilities will include:
