Work closely with children with disabilities and their families to fully understand their unique needs, strengths and circumstances

Develop personalised support plans that promote safety, inclusion, independence and quality of life

Act promptly to address safeguarding issues, ensuring children are protected and supported appropriately

Collaborate with education, health, and specialist services to coordinate care and maximise outcomes

Make sure the child's voice, communication style and preferences shape all aspects of planning and support

Regularly review support to ensure it remains responsive to changing needs, development and family situations

Uphold legal duties and apply best practice when supporting children with disabilities and their families
Requirements:
- 2 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
