- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Counselling, or Criminology graduates-or those passionate about SEN support
- Experience: Helpful but not essential
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in accessing learning through personalised support plans
- Assist with communication, sensory work, behaviour strategies, and emotional regulation
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
- Build strong relationships that help pupils grow in confidence, independence, and academic progress
