This role involves working with children who have a range of needs including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), PMLD, and additional complex needs. You will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.

- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Reading
- Pay: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting with personalised learning and care plans
- Supporting emotional regulation and communication
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
