About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs
• Adapt teaching methods to enhance accessibility and boost student engagement
• Create a positive, well-structured classroom environment that fosters success
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Promote student confidence and independence through creative and innovative teaching strategies

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
• Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills
• Be proactive, flexible, and responsive in their teaching approach
• Be committed to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
• Be highly organised and dedicated to supporting student growth and development
