A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their expanding team. This is an exciting, full-time role ideal for experienced teachers or confident ECTs who are passionate about helping young learners with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs thrive both academically and emotionally.
Teaching a small class of pupils, you will deliver tailored lessons that support individual learning styles, emotional regulation, and holistic development. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and senior leaders to provide a warm, structured, and engaging learning environment.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet a variety of learning needs
- Use creative strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement
- Lead a small, supportive classroom team including SEN Tas
- Implement individual learning and behaviour plans
- Work collaboratively with therapists, inclusion leads, and parents
