Always Flourishing are working in partnership with a thriving and forward-thinking special school in Reading, dedicated to providing outstanding education and support to pupils aged 2-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory impairments.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and compassionate SEND Teacher to join their dynamic and highly skilled team. Whether you’re an experienced SEND practitioner or a qualified teacher with a strong interest in special education, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal person will:
- Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND
- Be able to differentiate and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs

- Have a commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
