As a Surveyor for a leading conservatory company, you will play a pivotal role in our customers' journey following the finalisation of sales. This position involves conducting on-site surveys, verifying project requirements, and ensuring that all technical aspects align with customer expectations and contractual agreements.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct On-site Surveys: Schedule and carry out visits to assess conservatories. You will meticulously measure and create detailed technical drawings which will serve as crucial guides for our planning, installation, and contracts teams.
- Verify Requirements: Ensure that the project scope aligns with the contractual agreement, making necessary adjustments to meet our customer's vision.
- Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their vision is accurately translated into the project plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of surveys, measurements, and communications to ensure seamless execution and compliance with all agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in surveying or estimating, particularly with conservatory roofs, is highly desirable.
- Experience of precise measurements - Conservatories, Windows, doors, bespoke products etc.
- Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail for precise measurement and drawing accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer schedules and occasional weekend work.
- Self-provided Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
