We are seeking a Fabric Engineer to join a well-established FM company in the Reading area.
This is a temporary position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £24-26 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella.
The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (ppm) works and general maintenance tasks, including painting and basic plumbing.
Additional responsibilities include basic electrical work and handling reactive and breakdown repairs.
Candidates interested in this position should have relevant experience in a similar role.

As a Fabric Engineer, you will be:

Carrying out ppm works and maintenance
General maintenance such as painting, mastics, basic plumbing etc
Basic electrical works such as changing a light bulb etc
Responsible for reactive and breakdown repairs
