The job is for an Oracle EBS Technical Analyst located in Reading, Havant, or Thatcham, offering a hybrid working model with 50% in-office time.

The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle EBS and a strong understanding of web technologies such as XML and JSON.

Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Analyst (still looking for someone with developer experience)

Location: Reading or Havant or Thatcham

Mode of working: Hybrid (Hybrid - 50% of time in office)

Duration: 6+ Months contract.

Job Spec:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical Analyst to join the client Oracle HCM Cloud Programme. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing API-based integrations, file based interfaces between Oracle EBS and third party applications, and must be able to demonstrate that they have implemented integration(s) from Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle EBS Modules.
Continues to maintain Oracle EBS processes following the migration of HRMS Core Data to Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle EBS: Strong technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules specifically: Human Resources (HRMS), Oracle Projects, Oracle Financials, Procurement and Payroll.
Integration Tools: Expertise in integration tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BPEL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
SQL & PL/SQL: Advanced skills in writing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Demonstrable experience implementing integrations with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), or similar integration tools.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database integration for working with relational data stores.
Web Technologies: Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration data formats.
Oracle HCM: In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR Business Object structure. Working knowledge of HCM Time and Labour, Absence Management and Payroll
Middleware: Familiarity with Oracle OIC Middleware, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and other middleware technologies that perform data orchestration, transformation and integration.

Top Skills:

5+ years of direct experience in developing and implementing integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with Oracle EBS.
Prior experience in cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations.
