Repairs and Maintenance Manager

42,000 - 45,000 per annum

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Manager to join one of our social housing providers on a full-time permanent basis.

Daily duties of the Repairs and Maintenance Manager:

  • Responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of all properties, maximising property performance and management of all assets, including all offices & facilities.
  • Lead a diverse team to deliver a high-quality housing and repairs service for tenants
  • Assess assets in terms of suitability and sufficiency to ensure the needs of service users are met
  • Maintain assets in line with applicable statutory legislation and regulatory standards and provide high levels of tenant satisfaction
  • Manage a variety of different direct reports within the Property Services team

Essential experience of the Repairs and Maintenance Manager:

  • Previously worked within a Property/Repairs Manager position or similar
  • Experienced working within Social Housing
