Executive Assistant – Redcar

NRL are proud to be supporting our Main EPC Client in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team in a fast-paced construction environment, working on the prestigious Net Zero Project Teesside.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and agendas
     
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
     
  • Track project milestones and maintain documentation
     
  • Organise travel, site visits, and events
     
  • Support budgets, expenses, and procurement
     
  • Prepare reports and info for decision-making
     
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Executive-level admin experience (construction, engineering, or energy projects preferred)
     
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
     
  • Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders
     
  • Confident in Microsoft Office and project management tools
     
  • Discreet, proactive, and able to work under pressure
     
  • Knowledge of construction/site operations is a bonus
