Forklift Counterbalance Driver
Location :Redcar
Start Date: 11th November 2025
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights)
- 13 consecutive days of work
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence 5-16 Tonne *conversation can be given up to 16 Tonne*
- Valid CSCS or EMSS Card
- Proven experience operating heavy plant or forklifts safely and efficiently on construction or industrial sites
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Good communication, reliability, and strong safety awareness
- Drug and alcohol testing will be conduction for pre employment
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday (Days): 16.00/hour
- Saturday (Days) & Saturday Nights (up to midnight): 24.00/hour
- Sunday Midnight to Monday Morning: 32.00/hour
Contract Duration:
Short-term contract - 13 days from 11th November 2025, with potential for further opportunities depending on site progress and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Telehandler or Counterbalance Forklift (5-16 tonne range) safely and in line with site regulations
- Load, move, and unload materials and equipment as directed
- Support general site logistics and ensure efficient material flow
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults
- Adhere strictly to site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
