Are you a customer facing-tech enthusiast with a talent for troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems? We're on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing team! You'll provide essential technical support for IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, and users. This role involves working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure exceptional levels of availability, performance, and security.

This is a customer facing role in which you will liaise with various clients and build relationships whilst providing exceptional tech support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of Windows Server and AD environments
  • Set up and maintain new hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Adhere to security policies and standards to maintain system and equipment security.
  • Lead on migrations of on-prem domains to Microsoft Azure
  • Create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation.
  • Support IT projects as required.

The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in fault-finding.
  • Proficient in Windows Server environments
  • Experience leading migrations to Azure
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop environments.
