Your Role & Responsibilities
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that all warehouse activities—from receipt to dispatch—run like clockwork. You will:
- Implement and refine warehouse procedures, tracking performance through KPIs
- Lead, train, and supervise a dynamic warehouse team, managing shifts and task delegation
- Oversee accurate and timely project dispatches, ensuring all requirements (asset logs, certifications, etc.) are met
- Manage logistics, including hazardous goods and customs compliance
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with the P&L Manager to maintain CAPEX/OPEX accuracy
- Maintain and update the asset management system, ensuring all equipment is tagged, tracked, and maintained
- Handle quarantine and equipment write-off processes
- Attend operational and QHSE meetings, ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
- Deliver in-house training on stock control and asset systems to project personnel
- Step up and deputise for the P&L Manager when required
