What You Will Do:

 

- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Business Management System (BMS), maintaining ISO 9001 standards.

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding returns, rejects, and warranties, providing high-quality NCR/8D reports.

- Conduct internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the company's material requirements are met in full, maintaining high-quality standards.

- Record, analyse, and distribute Quality Assurance statistical information to support decision-making and performance improvements.

- Collaborate with the Commercial, Engineering, and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- A strong background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

- The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with precision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a high level of computer literacy.

- Proven experience managing quality systems compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

- Familiarity with I.S.I.R. and P.P.A.P. documentation, as well as the use of measuring equipment such as Faro arms and CMMs.
