We're looking for a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Hydrotest Operator. This is a hands-on, manual role that would suit someone with experience in a heavy industrial environment who enjoys practical, physical work.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for operating our Hydrotest process, which involves:
- Lifting and moving heavy castings into a water-based hydro test facility
- Using cranes and approved lifting equipment (previous experience is highly desirable)
- Working in a challenging industrial environment
- Supporting improvements to workplace organisation, including 5S initiatives
What We're Looking For
- A 'robust' individual comfortable with physical, manual work
- Experience in heavy industry
- Crane or lifting equipment experience (advantageous)
- Someone proactive and willing to get involved in improving processes
- Flexibility to work some overtime when required (not essential, but appreciated)
