We’re working on behalf of a leading logistics business based in Redditch, seeking a confident and experienced Internal Sales Assistant to join their growing team.

This role is perfect for someone with a freight/logistics background who enjoys speaking to customers, thrives in a sales environment, and understands the world of shipping and customs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Supporting the external sales team with quotes and shipment coordination
Maintaining strong client relationships
Using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage communications and reports
Managing import/export documentation and customs processes

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in freight/logistics - essential!
Confident communicator with customer service/sales experience
Strong IT skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of customs and shipping procedures
Organised and self-motivated approach
