- Managing all aspects of customer relationships, including daily communication, complaint resolution, plant visits, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Preparing proposals and quotations while identifying new business opportunities through joint improvement projects and customer engagement.
- Coordinating internally with planning and supply chain teams to ensure optimal material usage and capacity alignment.
- Tracking and analysing customer performance metrics, developing tailored support plans to meet expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing customer-facing project management, including complaint handling, site visits, and internal training on customer systems and portals.
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
- Experience working in a technical or highly regulated engineering environment would be advantageous.
